We braided about 30 feet of steel to get an acceptable 3 foot section for the strut. This bike is supposed to represent a straight leg panhead on steroids. It IS a 90 hp pan. The front end ressembles the original FL style and I think the flex pipe looks era correct. It took some extra effort to make all the sheet metal appear to have no mounts. The black spokes "appear to dissappear" once rolling making it look like you are riding on a cushion of air. It is a hoot to ride. The foot brake and auto clutch makes it easy at a stop on a hill. You can roll away smooth or pin it and leave some rubber.
